If that's true, I wasn't aware.. We (a non-profit) buy some of our software through places like TechSoup.org, or via Microsoft's non-profit website and Techsoup offers refurbished computers through HP and other organizations, but I am not sure if Dell is one of those.. I don't believe they're new though. Just an fyi from my perspective.
