How to access the datastore DB from external server through weblogic data source ?

It is not possible to access the datastore directly from an external server and custom applications.

However, you should be able to use the APG Web Service to access any data you wish to extract for your custom applications.

Please find the Frontend Web Service Developer Tutorial document attached which will help you to access the APG Web Service from your custom applications.
