Problem with Cisco card status
We are running Smarts V9.0.0.4/64
This happens on many Cisco devices, but I have one case I'm looking at currently.
The device is a Cisco 6509
OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.283
A card device shows up as critical.
CARD-DEVICE1/1.2.1 [WS-X6066-SLB-APC 4 ports SLB Application Processor Complex Rev. 1.9/5000-2] WS-X6066-SLB-APC 4 ports SLB Application Processor Complex Rev. 1.9/5000 CRITICAL
However an snmpwalk of the device shows that the real status of the card is poweredDown.
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.2.1.1.2.5000 = 15
Therefore it should not be causing an alert.
Is there a way to adjust that without Unmanaging the card?

hI,
If card is not in use , Please rediscover the device using domain manager admin console.
After rediscovery also if card alert is there , Try to delete the device and add once again.
