Rate limit issue

Dear Team,

I'm testing rate limit on Dell OS9(S4048-ON) by the following commands, but it doesn't work:

Dell#configure terminal

Dell(conf)#interface tengigabitethernet 1/1

Dell(conf-if-te-1/1)#rate police 100 40 peak 150 50

Dell(conf-if-te-1/1)#end

Could please advise if we have to enable any other option to get it works.

Here is the lab topology:

Iperf3(client mode) --->Dell01--->Dell02--->Iperf3(server mode)
