Archive folders with a status of "Closed, Failed Record"

We seem to be having a lot of these in our Archive folder (its a Native Archive).  Is this normal?  Not all the folders are this way.  Is this an issue that I should open a support request?

The EMC Event log has this error associated:

Error: DX - DxUpdateMoveRuleRetention, Function:5YearRetention\200911\20091120155613 (0x86042727) [ExAsArchive.exe, VolumeThread.cpp(315).RecordThread]

Error: DX - The extended drive was not found., Function:Get MoveRule List (0x86042727) [ExAsArchive.exe, Dx61Object.cpp(172).Dx61Object::DxMsgLog]
