Shortcut creation in S1
Hello,
To have S1 create shortcuts in a mailbox, do you have to have a Universal URL and Mobile services installed? Also how do you determine what is the External URL?
I'm trying to follow the install guide and admin guide but seem to be missing something.

Hello,
Install guide has all components that needs to be installed. Afterwords you need to follow admin guide.
Every message will have UUrl as that is the lower level support for shortcut resolution. This helps in cases where offline access is not installed on client and when people use mobile devices.
For sourceone to be able to create shortcut it should have permission on users mailbox.
