XPS 13 9360 dead

I've had a number of hardware issues with my 9360. Space key either doesn't register or adds multiple spaces. Screen wouldn't turn on for a while, though it worked fine with an external monitor. Finally, got the dreaded "no bootable device" error. It won't even recognize a bootable flash drive that definitely works on other computers.

I've already been in touch with support and they have a box on its way to me to send it back in for repair. Luckily, still under warranty. Honestly, if I could return it and get my money back, I would. It's a lovely device. I don't hate it. If it worked perfectly, I might love it. But for the premium price I paid for it, too many issues.
