Baie de Stockage DELL MD3000i - Controleur HS ?!

N° série : XXXXXXX

Nous avons un énorme problème sur le contrôleur 1 qui n’arrive plus à contacter les cartes ISCSI

Battery status : unknow 

Ce qui engendre par la suite un problème de cache sur les LUNs (hébergeant nos VMs de gestion,notre logiciel de compta,....) : nous rencontrons important ralentissement de nos différentes application qui impacte du coup la productivité de notre entreprise.

Write cache with mirroring:         Enabled (currently suspended)

Cependant nous n'avons pas de problème sur la carte ethernet (visible dans MDSM et  qui répond au ping)

Avez-vous la possibilité de faire un ping sur le contrôleur RAID avec la commande ping -t pour voir si il répond et ou si il y a des pertes de paquets ?

Bonjour,

Vous pouvez tenter de vous connecter au contrôleur via le câble serial pour voir si il y a des messages d'erreur et nous les communiquer. Si vous n'arrivez pas à collecter ces messages d'erreurs, je vous conseille de compléter le formulaire de demande de devis précédement envoyé.

Pour vous connecter avec putty en serial, vous pouvez suivre la procédure de connexion expliquée en pages 1 et 2 du manuel ci-dessous (ne pas faire la procédure de reset du password)

Pour info, Cette baie est équipée d’un double contrôleur actif-actif, ainsi que de blocs d’alimentation redondés

Et pour répondre a votre question oui il y a en effet de la perte de paquets sur le contrôleur 1 

Faut-il prévoir le changement de cette pièces pour s'assurer du bon rétablissement ?!
