ESA 4.6.3 not seeing VMAX3 and Serial issue on XtremeIO

I'm running vROps 7.5, vCenter 6.5, vSphere 6.0/6.5 and ESA 4.6.3. I've got both native vCenmter adapters as well as the EMC vCenter adapters configured. I see information from thew Isilons, as wewll as the few VNXe-3200's, butr majority of storage is VMAX3-850 and XtremeIO. XtremeIO sayus that it cant find aa cluster with the serial number, although I've verified it is correct in the WebUI > Inventory. The XIO show Instance Down. The VMAX3 show up as green, collecting data, but nothing ever displays. No children, no information. Relationship shows only "Universe" and the "VMAX3". Unisphere is installed also. Any thoughts??
