9200 Loss of Function Key Control of CD/DVD Tray

Recently I noticed that my Function Key Control for opening & closing the CD/DVD tray doesn't work. Rebooting has not restored its functionality. What can be done? Is there a control panel that deals with this that I can go to and reset? Help!
