A colleague of mine was trying brake the administrator account on my Dell EMC PE t340 server and ended up wiping the entire drives and potions. we have tried to install windows server 16 using DVD through bios and life controller with no headway. once the installer begins, we can see any hard drivee or partitions after running the hardware diagnostics we are getting the following error hard drive 0- s/n ws20bphr error code 2000-0142 68253
