I placed an order for a sound bar on 9/22 and was told it would arrive on 9/25. On the night of 9/26, I contacted Dell via chat. After a while the support person told me he can't tell me where my order is and that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. No one ever contacted me. Today (9/28) I contacted Dell again and was told they can't help me because their computers are down and that I should try back after 3 hours or more. Of course when I went back to contact them, chat is not available and phone support is only Monday-Friday. I guess he just wanted to brush me off like the others. I never expected this form a company like Dell. Never Again!
