Dell Latitude 620
I've received a laptop dell latitude 620 refurbished for christmas, but the hard-drive doesn't work. How much it'll be to repair this with dell?

I've received a laptop dell latitude 620 refurbished for christmas, but the hard-drive doesn't work. How much it'll be to repair this with dell?

If you have a warranty, contact Dell and it will be free. It's fairly simple to remove the hard drive and replace it yourself. Look up the manual online at Dell Support. You should be sure that it's really the hard drive and not something else. Run the hard drive diagnostics. It could be the computer itself that doesn't work or just the operating system. You can reinstall the OS.
