Dell inspiron 15z start screen frozen
Hi, I have a dell which can be turned on to the blue screen and it stops there. Then I run the diagnosis and it said error code 0146. Can someone tell me what is problem here and how to solve this? Thanks so much.

Hi Quinnt90,
I believe your hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced.
