Dvd/Cd rom drive not listed in device manager

Hi,

I got new dell inspiron 15 5000 laptop with windows 10.

I was trying to install software using CD, which worked for the first time.later CD was not recognized.

I checkd device manager, not able to to see Dvd/CD rom .now  not able to read any CD/DVD
