EISA Configuration partition on new hard drive
I have a Dimension 8250 with a 60 GB hard drive. I'll be adding a 250 GB hard drive that I've partitioned into one partition. I'm going to copy everything from the 60 GB drive onto the 250 GB drive using Western Digital's Data Lifeguard software, and use the 250 GB drive as the primary boot drive. I notice that the 60 GB drive is partitioned into two partitions, one being a small 45 MB partition named "EISA Configuration". From what I've read on the forums here, that partition contains Dell diagnostics. Will I run into trouble trying to boot from the new drive if it doesn't have that EISA Configuration partition?
