Error code 0F00.075D

I am useing Latitude X300 , When I ran dignostic  test

 I have error code 0F00:075D  IDE Device fail

also                        0F00:0244        Read test fail

                               0F00:1A44        Verify test fail   Uncorrectable data error or media

 

I did get device fail STOP Blue screen error

Inacceessible_boot_Device

Remove ay newly installed hard drives or Harddrive controllers, Check your hardrive  to make sure it is properly configured and terminated run chkdsk/F
