Please contact Dell to resolve this issue. You'll need to provide proof of ownership.

I had the same prom, this wont help you , but I replaced the hard drive and now have to reinstall op sy big [Admin Note: TOU Violation Removed] since I never created repair discs , had to get from dell , 40 bucks
