Hard Disk Replacement
I have toshiba mk3275gsx 320GB hard disk factory fitted in my dell vostro 1450, its sniping really slow and hangs alot. So I want to replace my hard disk. Can I upgrade to 500GB or 1TB? and what should I check before buy a new one..?

how do I know about SSD compatibility in my laptop? and wattage difference will be a big issue?

Any 2.5" 9.5 or 7 mm drive will work. If you're looking for speed, consider replacing the hard drive with a sold state drive.
