Hard drive testing fail. WHD20-HWT and WHD16-WAM
when I run dell diagnose test on my laptop,Hard Drive Testing is failed and
i am getting the following error code
WHD20-HWT and WHD16-WAM.
any idea on that?

Do you get any error message that starts with 2000-**** ?
Are you able to boot into windows normally or do you get an error?
