Inspiron 6000 Not booting, making clicking sound.

My computer just stop working one day. It was fine one day, the next day it wouldn't boot up and the hard drive made a clicking noise when I turned it on. A blue screen with diagnostic technibabble came up but can't accomplish anything with that.

 

Never had a problem until now. It's 2.5 years old. Anyone had this problem, or have an idea what it could be?
