A FUJITSU MHV2080BH is a Hard Drive.  Look in the Device Manager .........

Start | Control Panel | System in classic view | Hardware tab | Device Manager

Click on the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives.  This will reveal the Brand and Model of
drive.  Please post that.

When a drive does not appear in the Device Manager, it means Window does
not see it.  The usual cause is a poor contact or connection.  Physically
remove the drive from the system and inspect the connetions.  Reinstall
the drive in an effort to improve the connection.

FUJITSU MHV2080BH is the only device that comes up under Disk Drives

There is no DVD/CD-ROM drive on the list.

ASSEMBLY..., DVD+/-RW..., 8X, IDE (INTEGRATED DRIVE ELECTRONICS) ..., NEC CORPORATION..., INSPIRON...

This is what my account at Dell says I have for a CD/DVD-ROM
