Installed new Hard Drive - but having issues with Drivers Disk
I installed a new hard drive and put in the Operating System disk, then put in the Drivers and Utilities Disk, but it starts and then it stops and says:
"No drives were found. Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation"
?? Help

Hi Timsdixon,
It appears you need to provide the SATA driver in order for the Windows installer to recognize your SATA drive. So perhaps you could start by providing the model of your Dell and OS.

Here are your drivers. Please follow the OS installation guide linked below for instructions on how to load these during the installation process.
