Latitude D620 Optic Drive not working
I have a Dell Latitude D620 laptop and the optic drive went out. It says code 19. It is Optiarc DVD+RW
AD-5540A. How do I get it operating again?

Hi cliff4501630,
Please uninstall the drivers for optical drive from the device manager. Restart the system, drivers will be reinstalled again. Then check if its working fine.
