Hello SV8KOM and Welcome to Dell,
Optical drives use the generic drivers supplied by Windows. What issues are you having, error codes, missing drive in Windows, software not seeing drive(s), etc..

This last weekend, I had an issue with a Blu-ray drive not being recognized ... it turned out to be \windows\inf\INFCACHE.1 was corrupt. Deleting the file and rebooting caused the file to be regenerated, and the driver was installed.

Problem solved.
One call to Dell service, they ask me to change a filter in registry and now works ok.
