New Hard Drive for Inspiron 9100

My hard drive is about to fail.  I was wondering what hard drive interfaces I could use with an Inspiron 9100.  I am confused between ATA-100, IDE, PATA, SATA, ATA-6, Ultra ATA, etc.  What interfaces will work with my computer?  And is there anything else I have to worry about when getting a new hard drive?

You need a parallel ATA drive - aka EIDE/ATA100/etc.  SATA won't work.

The BIOS will recognize 120G or smaller.
