New larger drives. Need the software to make a raid 1 again.

I hve a T110 server.  Used AOEMI to clone small disk to larger disk  Had a Raid 1.  I removed original disk put in clone and a new larger 2nd disk for raid but does not see it as a raid just another disk that is unallocated.   What can I do.  Have a soft raid no hardware just need software.  Please help.
