No cd/dvd drive recognized
I'm not exactly sure what has happened but my cd drive is no longer listed in the Device Manager and therefore my laptop will no longer recognize cd's. Can anyone help me either reset my laptop back to a previous date or reinstall drivers for the cd drive.
update - yesterday I tried to restore the laptop back to an earlier date on 12/18 (earliest date listed and last update date) and no luck on reinstalling driver.
System info:
Dell Inspiron 15 5558
Windows 10 Home
