Not a happy situation

I have a hitachi travelstar hard drive from an older dell b series. It has a proprietary lock that boots on the native motherboard. I have the password, but the computer was scrapped a number of years ago. How do I get my hands on the diskkeeper? The current configuration for the hard drive is mounted in a thermaltake portable case. I'm trying to boot on my home desktop.

Hi Maon,

I don't understand what you want to do. Are you trying to access files on this drive? If you want to install the drive in another computer and boot to the operating system on it, that is not going to work.
