Physical size and type of hard drive in my XPS M1210?

Hi, first time poster here. I'm about to buy a new hard drive to replace the original one in my XPS M1210. I just need to know the physical size (3.5"? 2.5"? etc.) and type (7200RPM or something else?) of it so I know the correct type to buy and replace it with.

Thanks!

Physical Size of the SATA hard drive is, 9.5MM x 2.5", either 5400, or 7200 rpm will work fine.

It's SATA 150 (sometimes called SATA "1") but all SATA versions will work.

Thanks! You actually just reminded me of one thing I forgot to ask though: what version of SATA is the hard drive? SATA I, SATA II, or SATA III?
