Problem in My DVD Drive
I have Dell Studio 1569.I have problem in my DVD drive. All CDs and DVDs are not read by my DVD Drive.

Hi Ankit,
Please click the link below to my troubleshooting guide. The first thing I would try is the Microsoft Fix-it utility. When you run this, the utility will tell you whether a problem was found and whether the utility was able to fix the problem. Let me know what happens.
If no problem was found, then I'd suggest running the Dell diagnostics on your DVD drive to see if a hardware problem is indicated.
