Replacing my hard drive on a Inspiron 17

My hard drive is failing so I have ordered a new Dell hard drive. I have a Inspiron 17 but I do not have the software cd's. How do I replace the software and reinstall all files.

Try this link to order replacement discs, including the OS disc and the Dell drivers and utilities disc.

Go to the main support site, downloads for the most up to date drivers for your system.

Go to My Dell Downloads for all installed software.

Then take your Free Upgrade to Windows 10:

If you have a Windows 7 license use Windows 10130 as a stepping stone to get Windows 10 Pro as Microsoft don't facilitate the download of Windows 7 OEM:
