SM Bus Controller driver

Hey all!  I have a XPS420 and I've got the yellow exclamation point next to "SM Bus Controller" in my device manager.  I downloaded the chipset driver and installed it but the exclamation is still there.  Do I need a different driver?  ANY help would be much appreciated!

Chipset: SM Bus Controller Driver

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15r-5520?driverId=2D89J&...

USB driver: Realtek Card reader Driver:

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/inspiron-15r-5520?driverId=WWGKW&...

Install the Chipset driver and restart the computer. Then install the USB Driver (Realtek Card reader driver).

This must work. Right click on the EXE file that is downloaded, and choose Run as Administrator.

downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx*

Both arkows and Persia000123 click on this link and download the chipset drivers from Intel. This would find the type of chipset drive you need and install it automatically.
