Studio 1747 DVD TS-T633C no medium input
hello,
i cant put anything into the dvd drive.
theire is something who blocks it.
no dvd is in theire.
what can this be ?

but im shure theire is NO dvd in the drive.

Try this. Boot to the BIOS (F2) and see if you can insert a disc into your DVD drive while the BIOS is loaded.
It's possible that the drive will need to be replaced.

it doesnt work.
so i need a new dvd drive ?

I'm not sure what options are available. You could call Dell or search. A replacement drive will cost $60-70.
