Windows 8 + 32msata = caching don't work

Recently I bought Dell 7520 with Windows 8 pre-installed but didn't find the Intel RST driver or software on the laptop. So I downloaded the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and installed it on Windows 8 but I can't see the accelerate button in Intel RST software ? Do I have to reinstall windows to use Intel RST ? Could you please guide how should I proceed on this ?
