XPS 15z CD/DVD has stopped working
The eject button has not worked for quite sometime. In the last couple of weeks it has stopped reading disks altogether - the drive spins and then nothing happens. Even if I go into the disk menu and click on what I want, it doesn't work. It just sits there. Any thoughts?

You need to replace the CD/DVD drive, it's failed.
