d610 hard drive module

hi all, i ran into a sata 320gb hard drive and i was curious if i will work in a second hard drive module. i know the size is pretty big. i could always use it for storage but i would like to install win 7 os. the OEM harddrive has an IDE interface but dell has the module for both sata and ide
