dvd burner gone
whatever i put in my dvd/cd drive the pc doesnt see it. Is there a driver i need to upload?
I have Dell Studio Slim

Hi Deweyevans00,
If you have Windows 7, please refer to my link below on the MS CD/DVD fix (upper and lower filter trick). Let me know if that restores your DVD drive functionality. If it doesn't, then I would test the drive using the Dell diagnostics from the F12 utility partition.
