dvd-rw drives for Optiplex GX270 DESCTOP

There are three versions of the Optiplex GX270 desktop, if you have the Small Mini Tower, you can use any IDE DVD/RW drive similar to the drives shown HERE

It seems that i must buy a drive like this:

Yes, you can use any brand, providing it's compatible with the Optiplex SFF GX270.
