CardRedundancyGroup Modeling and All Components Down alarms

What will happen if I have a CardRedundancyGroup across two devices. I mean the two resilient cards in network are on two separate devices and hence CRG is a part of both devices and its components are spread across two systems. Now what happens if

1. Device 1 goes down and resilient card on device 2 goes down in that case i have a service failure. will I get a AllComponentsDown alarm, and  I would expect this, to indicate a service failure.

If we have a CardRedundancyGroup having cards which are across multiple devices (Multi Chassis) then if 1 device fails hence making first card unavailable and then after sometime resilient Card fails, we will still get a AllComponentsdown alarm though NumberOfFaultyComponents < NumberOfComponents.

In case both devices fail we still get the AllComponentsDown alarm, but what is interesting is that in this case isRoot becomes Yes. Some more logic  for generation of AllComponentsDown alarm If IsManagedActive is true and NumberOfComponents >0 then check if IsEveryComponentDown Is true and IsGroupPartOfSingleUnresponsiveSystem is false then raise AllComponentsDown event.
