How do I keep my ECC agents up-to-date
How do I keep my ECC agents on ECC server/console up-to-date? I want to push the latest version of agents (eg. host agents) to the client host via ECC console. Thank you

Hello
If you are updating to a major version, ie. 6.0 to 6.1 or UB5 to UB8, right click the host(s) you want to upgrade select Agents -> Upgrade...
If you are upgrading a minor revision, ie. applying a hotfix, right click the host(s) you want to upgrade select Agents -> Apply Patch...
To make this process easier you can Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select multiple hosts and agents to upgrade at once. However this does not speed up the process so be sure you have enough time for the process to complete.
This is currently not an automated process. Updates are made available on Powerlink and must be downloaded and installed to the ControlCenter server before they can be pushed out to the agent hosts. In situations where a critical patch is in progress an ETA email will be sent to any email associated with a Powerlink account.
Please let me know if I have answered your question.

Thanks Paul. Since my ECC server has old version of agents installed, for example, master agent on ECC server is 6.1.0.7.254 and host agent is 6.1.0.7.283, , which means I need to install patches with newer version of agents before I can push agent upgrade to other hosts, right?
I can't do any major upgrade at this time (eg. from UB7 to UB8), what patches within UB7 family can I install on my ECC server, which will allow me to push agents upgrade to other hosts, for example, host agent, Symm agent, SDM agent?
Should I installed patch cc4815 (native install package that brings agents to 6.1.0.7.466) on my ECC server? If so, do I need to stop and uninstall all the agents on this server before running native installation?
