Storagescope Monthly Metrics

Does anyone know the rules for monthly metrics generation in storagescope? The only thing I can find in the API guide is that metrics for an object are collected on the last day of the month for the monthly metrics. However, it's now the 6th of November, and I haven't seen the metrics for October show up yet. Any insight on when to expect monthly metrics generation would be most appreciated.
