Our customer uses ECC 6.1 patch 11.
We monitor Symmetrix, but we sometimes get bad alert:
One physical disk is failed ....
(always the same disk)
The symmetrix is ok, no bad disk in the box.
It is a new controlcenter installation.
How can fix this problem to get rid of this alert?

The following two KB solutions show reasons why false physical disk alerts appear in ControLCenter
emc229380 (similar to the solution mentioned by Yousef)
Fixes to Solution Enabler code was added to 7.3.1 to stop these false disk alerts from appearing in ControlCenter
Upgrade to Solutions Enabler version 7.3.1 with Hotfix 1646 (above version 188.8.131.52 review emc279555)
If you already have Solutions Enabler version 7.3.1 applied and checked the above solutions.
Open an SR with ControlCenter Support and they can look into the issue for you

1. I have to check if the deferred flag is set
2. I should upgrade Solution Enabler to 7.3.1 (I hope it will be available in the MRLK version in the future...)
