how to get the devices allocated to each server with showing thin / thick from storage scope or ECC..?

Is anyone have idea how to pull the report of all hosts with symdevs allocated to with giving thin or thick and total capacity ...?

Let me know from where in storage scope or ECC we can pull this report ...
