Upgrading a old DD2500

Hi,

I have to upgrade a DD2500 running  DD OS 5.7.2.0. As I read in the Release Notes it is supported to upgrade 2 release families what means I have to upgrade to 6.0 or 6.1 before upgrading to 6.2.

Now It seems like I have some problems here.

I can't find any other Releases than the 6.2.1.70 Package and also the Download for the latest package always redirects me to a site that says:

Missing user information

Where can I find a Upgrade package for the intermediate upgrade and where can I get the latest Release (or what user inforamtion is missing for my download)?
