When I opened the app it informed about a new version and the update began. But it is stuck at the screen below.
PS: I can't find a way to upload the screenshot. believe me ,it is stuck for hours.
I am having the same problem. I have spent hours researching this problem with no solution as yet.

SupportAssist will not install.
Message, "We ran into an unexpected problem."
"Suggest you restart your computer and try again."
Well, I've done that many times. No help!
Can someone please provide a workaround?
Or, maybe a Dell Tech can call me and walk me through
the proper installation procedure?
