I do not have any access to this server and have not for many years. Who can stop this!!

I do not even know what the display name "TOKEN2" is. My company does not own any servers named TOKEN2.

SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device because an attempt to connect to the device is unsuccessful.

Make sure that both the system running SupportAssist Enterprise and the device you are trying to add are connected to the same network, and then retry adding the device.
