Support

Been trying for hours to reach some type support for return of order, of confirmation of online request for same that has been submitted early this morning.   Getting hung up on without explanation by automated response when say no to direction to online service.  Have done that.

Just please tell me the hours that I can get a verification as nothing is showing up on my online account.  Are there any chat or other options available as have had not luck.
