SupportAssist credentials warning

I received the following message regarding one server out of several. I'm not exactly sure where I am supposed to be entering the credentials for it to resolve? I don't see anything actually prompting for credentials anywhere, and am not sure which credentials it would be asking for if it did.

Single Device / Discovery Rule


SA-0030: SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device <device> because the device credentials are incorrect.

Perform the following and then retry:

  1. Enter the correct device credentials.
  2. Ensure that the user account has administrative privileges.

If the problem persists, contact your network administrator for assistance.
