Dell OS Recovery Tool fails to create SA OS Recovery USB

Hello,

The Dell OS Recovery Tool fails to create a SupportAssist OS Recovery USB. Receiving following error:

"ERROR! Sorry. An error occurred while extracting image file usbkey.zip. Please check the file and try again.".

error.jpgI tried it several times, also with other USB sticks (all between 32GB and 12GB in size). I also tried to create a recovery image for a different Dell system which terminates with same error.

For anyone with this issue:

Changing the Preferred Language to English (United States) in Settings > Time & Language > Language gets around the issue with the tool.

For Dell:

You seem to have an issue with SharpZipLib:
