Dell OS Recovery Tool fails to create SA OS Recovery USB
Hello,
The Dell OS Recovery Tool fails to create a SupportAssist OS Recovery USB. Receiving following error:
"ERROR! Sorry. An error occurred while extracting image file usbkey.zip. Please check the file and try again.".
I tried it several times, also with other USB sticks (all between 32GB and 12GB in size). I also tried to create a recovery image for a different Dell system which terminates with same error.

I have a inspiron 5559 for daughter in he SR year of engineering.
Her drive failed. I replaced it and am trying to restore windows.
I am using the os recovery tool and get the same error
I see this is a common problem on the site with no posted solution I can find.
Please advise. she has finals and I need to get this box back in service.

For anyone with this issue:
Changing the Preferred Language to English (United States) in Settings > Time & Language > Language gets around the issue with the tool.
For Dell:
You seem to have an issue with SharpZipLib:
